What You Need to Do: Check the factory quotation comparison table, confirm the ideal cooperative factory, or put forward modification opinions for further optimization.
Sample Check
What We Do: We arrange factory sampling strictly in accordance with your requirements, conduct comprehensive visual inspection via photos and videos, verify compliance with specifications item by item, and send qualified samples to you for final confirmation.
What You Need to Do: Confirm the sample quality and effect, or give revision feedback to arrange secondary sampling and adjustment.
Order Place & Production
What We Do: We assist in signing formal procurement contracts, follow up the whole mass production process, provide regular weekly progress updates, and coordinate and solve all abnormal problems during production in a timely manner.
What You Need to Do: Confirm the final order and production details, and complete deposit payment to launch mass production.
Production Inspection
What We Do: We conduct on-site batch inspection of finished products in strict accordance with international AQL standards, issue official inspection reports, urge factories to rework unqualified products, and implement re-inspection until all goods meet quality standards.
What You Need to Do: Review the official inspection report and complete the balance payment after confirming the goods are qualified.
Shipping & Delivery
What We Do: We provide one-stop logistics services including container loading (LCL/FCL), customs declaration and vessel booking, offer real-time cargo tracking, and sort out complete customs clearance documents to ensure safe and smooth delivery of goods.
What You Need to Do: Confirm the shipping method and destination port, and cooperate with relevant customs clearance and goods pickup work.

A: We only charge for completed workloads for cancellations during the sourcing phase. Cancellations after order placement will follow formal contract terms.
Q: Who bears the sample fee?
A: Factory sample fees are borne by the buyer with no extra markup from us. Most factories will waive the sample fee once mass production orders are confirmed.
Q: Is product inspection included in the service fee?
A: One standard pre-shipment inspection is included in full-package services. Additional inspections or third-party testing will be charged at actual cost.
Q: Who pays for freight and customs clearance fees?
A: International logistics fees, customs declaration fees and port charges are borne by the buyer. We provide full transparent cost settlement with zero profit margin.
Q: Can I book a single service only, such as independent inspection?
A: Yes. We support customized single services with separate quotations for individual demands.
